The Saint Esprit, named after the Holy Spirit, was a warship of the French Navy. The ship was completed in Brest in 1765.

As a flagship with a length of around 60 meters and 80 cannons on board, the Saint Esprit took part in several naval battles. In 1794 it was renamed Scipion and participated in the naval battle of 13 Prairial, during which the ship was badly damaged, so that a year later it sank in poor condition in heavy seas.
