Shamrock V is the name of a sailing yacht built in 1930 by the Camper & Nicholsons yard in Gosport according to the rules of the J Class for the America’s Cup. The name Shamrock refers to the Irish cloverleaf.

After a heavy defeat against “Enterprise” in the 14th America’s Cup, Shamrock V was later sold to Italy. In 1986, the Lipton Tea Company acquired the ship and donated it to the “Museum of Yachting” in Newport, Rhode Island.
